01. Agreement to Terms

By provisioning an account, integrating an API token, or subscribing to any software venture operated under Twiros (including but not limited to XoomCare Repair Shop OS, Storecraft Studio, Nihongo Renshuu, and Kostokom Commerce), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are executing these terms on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or enterprise entity, you warrant that you possess full corporate authorization to bind that entity to this agreement.

02. Subscription Licenses & SLA

Twiros licenses software access on an active subscription or enterprise agreement basis. We commit to a target system availability of 99.99% across our core cloud topology, excluding scheduled maintenance announced with at least 48 hours prior notice.

Subscribers receive non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the subscribed software tier for the duration of the paid billing interval.

03. Proprietary Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, source architectures, dark-mode design systems, APIs, trademarks, and collective documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Twiros and its respective subsidiary venture holdings.

You retain all rights, title, and interest in your customer data, uploaded assets, and operational records processed within the software.

04. Billing, Renewals & 14-Day Refund Guarantee

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual schedule in accordance with your selected tier. You may cancel recurring billing at any time via your self-serve venture account settings with zero hidden exit penalties.

All initial subscription purchases and software access licenses are backed by our unconditional 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Digital access is provisioned instantaneously upon payment settlement. 05. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Twiros and its operating subsidiaries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from software interruptions, third-party network outages, or unauthorized access beyond our standard reasonable security controls.
